The whole experience was brilliant. The animation team with Mohammed was brilliant. He got everyone up in the pool to do activities. Also he entertained the crowd on an evening and made everyone feel included. There was plenty to do and even though we travelled as a couple we watched the animation crew look after the kids as well. We ate mostly in the Italian restaurant and were looked after by Sameh who always went the extra mile to accommodate us. We were looked after really well at the bar as well with the bar staff remembering what drinks we wanted and always had them ready for us. Housekeeping were great too with robes in the room and we had flowers in the room several times.

I booked this hotel through On The Beach. I stayed there 5 nights with my son. We booked a garden view room. Upon arrival at midnight, we were "upgraded" to pool side view room. The horror started when we were taken to the room. I've never seen anything like that before. The room was so dirty, dark, outdated furniture's and stained upholdestry with blood stained curtains. Bathroom was filthy, I felt sick! We were told as we checked in late, we can go down for dinner. When we went down to the restaurant, there was bread, cheese, rotten salad. We were Reception to complain about the room. We were told they would sent housekeeping to clean it. The Reception was happy to order me McDonalds through his phone as the WiFi is crap throughout the Hotel. McDonald's came 1.5hrs later. We went to eat in the room and noone had been in to clean it. I had to eat my food in that disgusting room. I complained further 3 times that night. They sent housekeeping for a basic clean at 2am. The bathroom was still not clean. I don't understand why they don't have a mop or hoover. They go over the floor, with a stick and cloth at the bottom. So it's a duster and mop in one. The tiles floor is so grubby even after the clean. The housekeeping manager came as I asked my room to be changed as I could not sleep there. The housekeeping manager said everyone is asleep and they will deep clean at 9am next morning. I had no choice and didn't sleep that night. The next morning, I met my hotel rep for Sun International - Ayman! This man probably saved my trip. He was a godsend!! He spoke to the hotel and they agreed to change my room. Although, the cleaning wasn't much better, it was 50% better than the last room. So please bear in mind, that rooms are not spotless, neither are the bathrooms. It is 3* standard. The resort itself is lovely as in the pool areas, the entertainment. Food hall is worse. Same food. Long queues esp in morning for the coffee machine. By the time, you got a coffee, your breakfast was cold. Everyday lunch and dinner menu was the same. Snack bar did serve nuggets and very oily French fries from 3-5pm. Baby scoop of ice cream is served 2-4pm. Throughout my stay, I can see the cleaning was improving esp main reception area. There is lots of mosquitos about in the resort. There is an hourly shuttle bus for the beach which was decent. Overall, I will not recommend this Hotel. If they can improve the housekeeping. Buy some hoovers, mop and bleach and get a better Chef who can cook a variety of food, then this might improve the guests experience far better. The reviews here show that guests have been complaining about the same issues but hotel still not taking action. This hotel is middle of nowhere so no close amenities. I would lastly like to thank Ayman for Sun International. He was so kind and helpful. And always available to sort out any issues and advise. He made my stay there very comfortable and I felt safe.

Besho namer is really friendly and helpful, nice hotel. We enjoyed it, there isn't a lazy river but the aqua park rides were good, food a bit samey but ok, WiFi a bit poor but not as bad as other reviews are saying. We'll be back! All staff were friendly and helpful too especially Mo ... Tips even a small amount names a difference

Hotel lasciato andare, sporco, bagni che perdono e puzzano, cibo scadente, camere sporche,ho chiesto degli asciugamani in spiaggia e dato che erano finiti quelli puliti mi hanno offerto quelli sporchi. Il personale è gentile ma in una struttura così gestota può fare ben poco

The rooms are very spacious and clean, Wide variety of nice foods. Very friendly staff that make the holiday amazing especially the animation team shady, Ahmed and Marium made this experience the best for me from the entertainment in the hotel to the amazing nights out in the local clubs overall amazing experience here
