Excellent hotel, food varied and very tasty. Ala carte restaurants where excellent with a good choice. The Japanese is a must for the experience. Aquapark and beach fantastic. All the staff where helpful and friendly. All issues resolved quickly.

Worst hotel in sharm , the so called sofa bed only fit for children up to 5 and beware the pool towel scam where they take your towel from the pool and then charge you , food very poor and out of 7 of us 5 got the food poisoning bug , This hotel is probably a 2 star at the most you will regret going

What a place! The resort is beautiful and very well kept. The staff do an amazing job of keeping it clean, tidy, safe and beautiful to be in. Food: plenty of options with a huge selection of fresh salad at every meal. Traditional dishes as well as food across the world, you just need to be willing to try. They do cater for the kids with chips, pizza and pasta but my 5 year old was happy to try lots of different foods. Lots of dessert options also. Fresh barbecue food every night. Big shout out to Abdo in the main restaurant at the sea life section, he couldn’t have looked after us any better, keeping my daughter entertained and even reserved us a table with our favourite drinks on our last night. Drinks: so many choices, all local and all the bar staff want to help. Thank you to Alas in the 24 hour bar in the Aquapark side who greeted me every morning with a smile knowing very quickly my preferred drinks, very impressive with the amount of guests. Pools: lots to choose from and non are ever overly busy and the lifeguards are there all the time. Thank you to Andrew at reception for looking out for us. Overall this has to be the best resort I’ve been to and I highly recommend it. All the staff deserve credit not just the ones I’ve picked out as they don’t stop to make your stay as excellent as possible
