Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

Excellent stay at the Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park. The staff here are excellent and very friendly. I would like to mention some staff members Maha in guest relations is excellent. She is a credit to the hotel and goes out of her way to help guests have an enjoyable stay. Rashad in the sea life restaurant. What can I say about him. Again he is a credit to the hotel and when we visited the restaurant he always made us feel welcome. Was quick to supply us with drinks was always rushing about the restaurant attending to all guests. He always had time for my children who loved him. Abdo in the spa who I had 5 massages from excellent and very professional. Oscar (spa) very friendly and always took time to say hello to me and my family. Hassam (tepenyaki chef) we had 2 excellent meals there. Excellent friendly chef Kimo (animation) very friendly and took time to talk to me and my family every time he saw us. Another credit to the hotel Mohammed (life guard at the water park) he especially took time out for my little boy Finn. Very friendly person. I could probably go on and could mention many more. The food is typical all inclusive but we always found something to eat and the quality was good. Rooms were big and well equipped even though slightly dated. Aqua park is a real bonus great fun. Lastly I would like to thank Mr Emil Sobhy front office manager. Excellent Customer service from him and Overall I would recommend this hotel to families of all ages

2 weeks = great time. From the reception to animation, cleaners and restaurant staff, all super. Mallouma from animation was fantastic, Azoull the room cleaner great. But all the staff was so welcoming and nice. The place gives you lots of choices in where to eat and drink and even to spend your day, from pool to lovely aqua park and the beach , you have always something to do, good for kids with Nura ‘s Mini disco and kids club. Possibilities to do excursions or spa / massage at extra cost but it’s worth it. Not a minus , but a suggestion: it would be nice to offer some ice cream time to time not to be just with extra charge.

This was our first trip to Egypt and like lots of people we read the reviews and I’m glad we ignored the few negative ones because we had an amazing time! The staff were all friendly and nothing was too much for them…special mention to Ibrahim and Mostafa in the gardens main buffet restaurant for working tirelessly every day and always smiling! Ibrahim introduced me to ‘tequila bombs’ which were strong but good! They offer a freshly squeezed glass of juice for 80egp which was delicious and cheap! We went all inclusive but there were a few extras that were chargeable like the juice and ice creams but this didn’t make our experience any less good. The aqua park was good fun! The cleaner did a great job and my little boy loved the ‘towel art’ We will definitely be returning next year…thank you for the wonderful memories :)

The hotel is really big and beautiful, it's great for an evening walk. The pools are nice, the slides for the kids too, I like the big rooms and the big balcony. The employees try very hard to be friendly, for a small salary, they deserve some reward from the guest, a smile, a word, they are very happy if you give them a few minutes of your time. The only bad word goes to the tennis court. If anyone wants to play, they should bring their own racket and balls, the hotel racket is a disaster, the court terrain is very bad...

Hotel Review We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The resort is massive and impeccably clean, which made it perfect for leisurely walks and exploring. Our room was spacious, accommodating five people comfortably, though it could use a little renovation. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with towels—only two were provided, and despite requesting more several times over a couple of days, we never received them. Ultimately, we had to help ourselves from a housekeeping trolley, which wasn’t ideal. Most of our days were spent by the pools, and we’re incredibly grateful to the lifeguards Abdullah, Essam, and Gamal for ensuring our children’s safety while being kind and attentive, truly enhancing our experience. The drinks and cocktails were fantastic, and a special shoutout to Mahmoud, the wonderful barman, who made sure our glasses were always full and our evenings enjoyable. We also tried the spa facilities, including a Turkish bath and a massage. Unfortunately, the Turkish bath did not meet expectations, especially for someone who’s experienced better elsewhere. While the massage therapists were friendly and welcoming, the experience was far from relaxing due to constant noise, bed squeaking, and chatter. This is an area that requires significant improvement, though the staff themselves were lovely. The food was nice, but it became repetitive, especially at breakfast, where the options didn’t vary much. That said, the omelettes were delicious, and the cakes were absolutely amazing! The waitstaff throughout the resort were attentive and made us feel very welcome. However, the Italian restaurant was a disappointment; it left us with upset stomachs for a couple of days, which was unfortunate. On the brighter side, the entertainment was enjoyable, with activities like dancing lessons and a charming piana party on our last day adding a special touch to the stay. Overall, we had a great experience, and while there are areas for improvement, particularly in the spa and restaurant, the warm staff and lovely atmosphere made it a memorable vacation.

We stayed in Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park part of 3 hotels chain - Sea Life and Club to which you also have access. I want to highlight that Charmillion Gardens has the best service out of all three. If you stay there, eat in the Gardens restaurant, which is the best. People are kind, polite and will provide you with whatever you need. They always smile and are very friendly; Ibrahim serves the best tequila boom boom and special ones for kids too. The people in the Gardens made our stay unforgettable and made us fall in love with Egypt again. The room is a bit dated but very spacious; beds and pillows (if you like high) are comfortable. Be prepared for mosquitos, the first night we got so many bites that we had to change the room (the other room was much better and with fewer mosquitos). The water slides are great fun, open 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. Water in the swimming pools is on the warm side but not super warm. There is one swimming pool with cold water and the wave pool also has cold water. The closest beach is in the Sea Life where unfortunately the service was not great, especially at the beach bar the guys were rude. I would advise you to stay at the beach in the Club Hotel where the service is much better. The people working at the reception were very helpful in changing the room and the early check-in.
