DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We have had the worst experience at this hotel. From rude, gaslighting staff to bed bugs in our beds, terrible food, terrible wifi and overall horrible vibe. Over the years we have stayed at many hotels ranging from 2 star to 5 star and this hotel is truly in a league of its own. Do not be fooled by the glamorised photos. From the second we arrived our beds were covered in black hairs so we asked to move, a few nights later we discovered we were covered in bites and constantly itching when in bed. When we lifted up the sheets we noticed black specks everywhere as well as what looks like urine patches on our mattresses. We were told the bites could be ant bites and basically shouted at when we told them they were absolutely not. The food is warm at best and the selection is terribly poor unless you enjoy eating uncooked, poor quality meat and chips. The staff are irritable when you speak to them about your concerns and are incredibly dismissive and want you out of their way. As a young girl with her mum they have made me feel uncomfortable and as though we have massively put them out when we ask for any sort of help. My advise would be to pay the extra £100 and stay elsewhere as this holiday has been a nightmare start to finish and we have had to eat out most nights.

We’ve had dinner at Oriental Restaurant and Top Chef Muhammad gave us one of the best experiences in Regency park. Service, ambient, kindness, everything. Very remarkable also waiter Muhammed who taught us Arabian words and traditional local music. All perfect. Thanks guys!!!
