Это беда.
1. В номерах принципиально не меняют белье. От подушек пахнет людьми, на простыне кровь.
2. Воды нет, разливают в бэушные бутылки и ставят в номер две штуки на день.
3. Полотенца. Отдельная тема. Выдают два пляжных полотенца на номер. Которые надо брать с собой, тащить до бассейна или моря. Потом мокрые тащить назад. Больше полотенец не выдают.
4. При заселении выдают бумажку, в которой четко написано: мини бар бесплатный. На деле все кроме воды, платно. Первый раз вижу в отеле платный минибар с лимонадами по все включено.
5. В бумажке написано ужин с 18.30. на деле с 19.00. никаких табличек, указателей, ничего. Выгнали с ужина. Это отвратительно.
6. Кофе машины нет! Нигде. Надивают по запросу 30 чашек и разносят мочу остывшую.
7. Соки все разбавленные и пакетированные.
8. Чай. Только в пакетиках и только липтон.
9. Кондиционер для волос не предусмотрен. Вода жёсткая, надо брать с собой.
10. Территория средняя, везде пешком. Гольф кары не ездят, надо запрашивать на ресепшен.
11. Лежаки выдают по запросу, зонты тоже. Полотенца стелишь свое из номера. Лежишь весь день на одном! Мокром Полотенце.
12. Еда неплохая, но бедная.
13. Официантов нет, ходят уборщики блюд. Полное самообслуживание.
14. На завтрак в общей харчевне не работает кондиционер. Через 15 минут выходишь мокрый от жары и вони от готовки.
Общее впечатление: плохо. Даже для Египта. Везде чувствуется колоссальная жадность, невнимательность к деталям, ужасная лень персонала. Из хорошего это тишина, безлюдность, отсутствие русских туристов и толп детей.

The property was beautiful, great facilities but, the food in the buffet was limited and not a lot of it, trying to get a drink was laughable. Whether by the pool or by in the main buffet it was impossible. Some of the staff were rude.
To balance out the negatives the main bar service was superb and the food was better in the a la carte restaurants.
Reputedly the second best hotel in Sharm.
I wouldn’t rush back.

Amenities such as gym, spa and main restaurant are far from the room.
Got lost trying to get back to the room after dinner: building numbers are not well let and signs are a bit confusing.
Had difficulty getting dinner reservation.
Spa is by reservation and then it is really very weak: sauna is not hot enough, steam room is hardly steaming and the jaccuzzi is cold and the jets are very weak.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend.

For a winter sun break, this property ticks a lot of boxes - large, well equipped resort with a selection of decent restaurants and a staff that is (mostly) anxious to please. However, it’s a stretch to say this is a five star resort as the service could be haphazard (language barrier unfortunately contributed to this) and the attention to detail on certain things not being quite up to scratch (room fittings such as leaking shower and broken kettle for eg). But then the price of this resort does mitigate the downsides - it certainly offered good value for money overall. So, if you are looking for wow factor and a once in a lifetime break, this isn’t it but if you want a decent, fairly priced week in the sun it’s a decent option.
