Omg so .. Discusting ..: Food can’t be eated … I understand is cheap but never never is 4 * .. apex 2 * ! People rud! The glass that we drink they were washing by hand without gloves or special shampoo .. just simple water ! We’re taking the used glasses from the table and washing with simple water ! About cleaning ? Again disaster .. Most funny was that at beach is not all inclusive and guy from reception gaved me a bottle empty used by others to fill with water … DONT go there for cheap money !!!! Put some extra and enjoy your holiday …..

Stayed at this hotel last minute for three nights, the staff here are so wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Any problems if you speak to them they will sort it out. Room was huge, lovely pool view and outside seating area. Really clean, had enough towels linen was changed daily if you wanted. The pool is lovely and clean and has multiple pool bars and slides. Food was lovely, head chef is very sweet and will ensure you are well fed, I am a vegetarian and was always offered something different. Housekeeping are wonderful, the reception staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The animation team are great, I didn’t attend any evening entertainment as it’s not my thing but it sounded great. All the staff are lovely, and not pushy for tips. They all speak a variety of languages. There are many shops outside of the hotel, which WILL charge you tourist price, the pharmacy over charge you even when the price is written on the side of the box.. These shops are UNRELATED to the hotel but it’s just a good to know if you visit. There is however a lovely outside cafe/juice bar next door which is nice in the evenings. For the price of this hotel you really can’t complain. It’s a lovely little spot.

We stayed with my wife the second time in this hotel. It is not very expensive but the service is excellent. The staff is very nice and kind. Chef Mahmud makes it all right in the kitchen, food is very delicious. Ayman is very polite and intelligent and always at your service. I think they should promote them. They do the best to make your holiday good and pleasant.

Came in at night, checked us in for 1.5 hours. The room was spacious. Abdal helps at the reception. You won't stay hungry for food, but there's not enough fruit. The bartender caught some great cocktails. The animation is excellent and varied. Yoga and belly dancing, fire show!!! Animators try was fun!!!! Animator , Yankee the best one and Kimo The music is great!!👌 Huge downside lacks

This hotel was brilliant, please do not believe all you read!! we had heard a lot of indifferent things before we left. But…..what a great 14 days we had. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. It never mattered what department, from the chefs, entertainers, reception staff, the towel staff and lifeguards, the waiting staff and not to forget the lone pool bar person. They were all to a man and woman extremely friendly and helpful. We found it clean and tidy our room was massive with a great view of the pool. there were no issues with food, I think some people can’t adjust to being abroad sometimes and the food gets bad reviews. We loved it!!We are definitely going to rebook later this year. The weather was also fantastic!

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, BRITISH STAY AWAY.First I want to say I love egypt and most of Egyptian are friendly and welcoming. This hotel is not what you see in the picture from there site or love holidays site. The hotel is dirty, old,lazy staff,rude staff and most don't understand English. The food is the same everyday and you don't no what it is. I stopped eating in the restaurant after day 4, I didn't even have 1 evening meal.The pool bar cleanish, they was opening bottles of beer with there teeth. Pool was never cleaned with hoover or any chlorine only with a net to get out the leaves or rubbish that had blown in .Most of the sunbed or broken. The showers are cold no hot water. My cleaner was so lazy( room 9001) they was baby's hand prints on the mirror for the whole time of my stay,I bet they are is there?? I wanted to go home on day 4. If it wasn't for the union jack bar and the smokey garden it would have starved. Some staff tryed to help but it was still hard for then to understand. 2 pool guys very helpful and friendly. Animation team do try but ther is nothing really except darts or water aerobics. We also had the builders in as you will see in the pictures. And a cat wouldn't even eat from the restaurant only from the bin.

They didn't speak our language and the workers are weird and when we order drinks there's nobody to ask and my dad and moms room our conditioner didn't worked 8102 room foods were no bad and water empty glasses were soo sticky internet speed was slow

Visited this hotel for the second time and again only the best impressions! This time we are with children - they are delighted with the aquapark. A large room, attentive staff, delicious cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. An ideal price/quality ratio for a comfortable rest. Special thanks to Chef for an unforgettable excursion to beautiful Soho!
