We liked everything, we lived here for five days, the animation is certainly a big plus. There are many Russian couples, there is someone to chat with. We went to a paid beach because it is not very close to the hotel. A good paid beach is El Fanar, three kilometers from the hotel.

People come to this hotel again and again because they like people, working stuff, who is very friendly and helping. It is cosy, and small. I think this is the point. They feel like a family. It still needs some emprovements, but in general we enjoyed staying here. Thank everybody, who made our rest joyable

"I am currently staying at the hotel and I would like to share my bad experience, which is the worst I have ever had in a hotel. The services are poor, the room refrigerators are not working, and the staff's response to complaints is slow. I do not recommend visiting."

Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms are very clean and spacious, Abdul our cleaner cleaned are room every day with clean bedding and towels. Restaurant staff, bar staff and pool entertainment guys Omar all go above and beyond, and have made our holiday very special, they have also made my birthday and our anniversary just perfect. I can't thank you all enough. We will definitely see you all next year. Hassan you have the best team of guys working for you. I love you all.

Where to start the hotel is awful . Staff not a clue on customer service . The food awful no hygiene standards. When i was there the guy behind the count poured hot food on top of cold food .the so called executive chef sits smoking when service is on .my room got cleaned once in 4days when you complain they di nothing . Also my cleaner barged in to my room after 2 days and said i was due to check out . I booked for 10 days.the bar man behind the pool bar very lazy went missing all the time. Do not book here

The best animation team ever specialy Chif Kemo!!! For sure i will be back again. Rooms clean. Pool bar bartender is one of the best bartender i ever met. Food is ok. Its small hotel but with good location…………………………………………………………………………………..
