這次入住的體驗完全超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，工作人員就帶着温暖的微笑主動幫忙提行李，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心告知了周邊的遊玩路線和餐廳推薦，細節處滿是誠意。
房間特別乾淨整潔，陽光透過落地窗灑進來特別舒服，床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用起來很安心。最驚喜的是每天出門時隨手放在床上的外套，回來時都被整齊疊好放在床頭，這種不經意的貼心太戳人了。

設施：很新，優點是很新，缺點是太新了有一點味道，用品基本都是新的，用哪個都不會有不適，窗外的景色和環境都很安靜，隔音重點表揚一下。用品也很用心。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：周圍到酒店環境都不錯，出門後面就是湖邊，能走到竹筏登船口，落日特別美。
服務：入店前台很OK，早餐得提升，進屋6.7個用完餐的桌清理不及時，菜也是沒想到十一遊客量，補的稍有延遲，就是缺少一個管理者，大家都各司其職，缺少統籌的，期待提升，總體在景區裏還是不錯了。

設施：去房間不太方便，沒有電梯，還要走上去。

很好，各方面都很滿意。酒店就在湖邊，還可以釣魚。親子房很寬敞，早餐的河蝦真的非常新鮮美味，酒店停車場還有充電樁，新能源車友好！

去查幹湖前選了半天，這家是新開業的，設施新、乾淨，全屋小度智能，後院有小童樂園，圖中是孩兒姥爺😊後面離一個公園也特別近

非常滿意的一次住宿，性價比非常高，8點去吃早餐炒飯和菜都已經涼了，沒有午餐和晚餐，周邊都是魚館，旁邊村裡有米線麻辣燙一些小吃，幾乎都是魚館，位置在南景區，開車去北景區要25分鐘左右
