位置不錯，就在江邊，早上起來，去江邊很方便。房間都有空調，客廳熱了一點，。每間房和介紹一樣，都有兩張床，很舒服。

房間很不錯房間，乾淨，性價比高，以前沒有到過昭通，有些偏見，那是我井底之蛙，到了巧家後，感覺環境很漂亮，覺得人都很和氣，實在 ，人也好，不敢説全部，但是我這次來，還沒有遇到強橫，霸道的，祝巧家發展越來越好

近汽車站出行也比較方便，站在陽台可以看到江景，衞生也很乾凈整潔，房東小姐姐熱情
