酒店最滿意的是服務特別好，前台經理高萍，人太好了，温柔得體。這次帶孩子來的，閨女一直説阿姨好漂亮好温暖。給漂亮阿姨滿分。衝著這個經理下次來也還要住這裏。
房間也很寬敞，開車到歐樂堡也很方便。非常愉快的一次出遊。

非常不錯的住宿體驗，歐樂堡夢幻王國玩回來，晚上到酒店辦理住宿，工作人員超級熱情、巨專業，每一個人都特別認真、負責、熱情。讓人覺得特別貼心。看到我們帶着寶寶升級了親子主題房。房間也是可以打滿分了！寬大、乾淨、整潔、燈光舒適、水温很棒～～孩子超級喜歡。下次一定還會來，會推薦給朋友。

除了吃的很差，其他的 還都是不錯的。尤其是早餐，我衹能吃炒米飯。什麼都沒有。
入住這家酒店，看到房間設計風格 比較度假風然後有温泉，還有室外的。2樓3樓有休閑區。適合孩子要玩耍。性價比較好。
進去温泉區域 需單購票。平日75一個人，温泉區域內的服務 工作人員態度還是很好的
因為周邊沒有什麼 餐廳和設施，可以説周邊是空空盪盪，連個小賣鋪都沒有。所以選擇在酒店內晚餐，自助餐孩子1米1以上要收費，孩子自助餐是58/1人。成人是晚餐是108一位，在晚餐時間消費了58元，孩子進去就吃了。兩個包子，薯條炸的是又乾又硬，大人都嚼不動。
酒店早餐，早上用餐時 告知早餐 孩子還要收費28元，我果斷 沒有讓孩子進去，因為孩子根本吃不了什麼 而且早餐裡邊兒 沒什麼正經吃的。小香腸都是澱粉腸，培根全是肥肉。吃的還不如漢庭。孩子根本沒進餐廳 坐在餐廳門口 玩兒手機。
門口服務員 跟餐廳大堂經理協商之後還是告知孩子超高1·1cm 以上要收費28元，才能進入！這點真的不人性化。作為家長 也很生氣。
作為家長這點我不是很理解。這早餐能吃什麼，孩子吃28元 同時孩子能吃幾口…這些年 也去過不少的城市，這樣的規定 我還真是第一次聽説，所以非常之不理解。
