"I had a wonderful stay for all four days. The room was very quiet, so I slept great. I enjoyed the breakfast, and I also went to the pool where the lovely lifeguard even helped me take some nice photos, which made me very happy. Everything about the service was excellent. I even received a small surprise gift on 520 (May 20th), which was a delightful surprise. Ginny and Manager Xiao provided trustworthy and top-notch service."

"I chose the deluxe sea-view room this time, and the location is great, truly enjoyable to watch the sea. **Facilities:** Very good, all the amenities seemed quite new upon entering. **Cleanliness:** The room was tidied up very well by the staff. **Ambiance:** Really nice. **Service:** The service was impeccable. All the hotel staff were very polite. Our room card might have demagnetized, and we couldn't get in, so a staff member specifically came to help us resolve the issue and even apologized. The only thing is, I hope they can improve the soundproofing; we could hear doors closing from across the hall. I'll still choose Orange Hotel when I travel to other cities."

"Good hotel that has a good location if you want to be near one of the food streets, a big mall and near the olympic sailing area. If you want to be closer to the pedestrian street, the naval museum and the old german area then this hotel is located far away. The hotel offers amanities and the room was really big, our AC didnt work so the room was hot and the cleaning was ok but not more than that."

"The front desk staff were absolutely excellent during check-in. Even though we arrived two hours early due to our travel schedule, they promptly arranged for us to check in. They even thoughtfully gave a gift to our child. The room they assigned us was very quiet, and although it was a mountain view room, we could still see the ocean from the 21st floor. The room itself was clean and hygienic, with individually sealed towels and cups. Housekeeping was also great, cleaning promptly and keeping the drinking water and snacks well-stocked. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – right outside the hotel is a subway entrance, making it convenient to get anywhere. It’s also very close to the Third Bathing Beach. My parents and child were all very satisfied, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!"

"Even though the weather wasn't great during this trip, I was very happy with this hotel. Because it kept raining and my child caught a cold, we spent a lot of time in the room. Even though we couldn't go out, we could still lie in bed and enjoy the occasional glimpse of scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very pleasant. The hotel's customer service was very responsive, and the delivery robot was a lot of fun; my child loved it. Thanks to Serena's arrangements, I had a wonderful vacation with my parents and child!"

"Stayed at the Qingdao Yihai Garden Hotel, May Fourth Square branch, on June 6th. I booked a two-night stay in a deluxe king room via the Trip.com app. Upon check-in, I was lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a king room with a sea view. Many thanks to the gentleman who handled my check-in. **Location**: Just a few minutes' walk from May Fourth Square and right next to MixC shopping mall. A bus stop is only 3 minutes away from the entrance. Very convenient for getting around and dining. **Room**: The hygiene was excellent, and they provided welcome cookies and drinks. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, considering the cleanliness, service, and location, this is a negligible issue. **Breakfast**: There was a wide variety of options, probably enough to satisfy everyone's taste. Personally, I found it quite delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao."
