去清河出差，連續預訂此酒店幾次鐘點房，體驗感越來越差，幾點建議希望貴司給予重視！
1:酒店客房衞生不達標，被子上有頭髮
2:在11樓凳子腿壞的，換個榻榻米房間，房間一股味道，鏡子也是壞的，設備老舊嚴重
3:衞生間的換氣特別異響
4:攜程一直是免按金，此酒店需按金收100也可以理解，但辦理退訂，前台退我20，發現後告知前台後退80，各位請注意，可能是無心之失，但出差全國唯一表現不專業，服務不達標
5:鐘點房79住4小時，和豪華描述嚴重不符，入住了2小時並辦理退房，此酒店分新裝修和舊裝修價格不一，模糊不清，攜程和線下價格也存在差異，6樓前台説鐘點房100起等問題

酒店不錯，挺安靜的。在清河城算好的。主要是價格便宜，雖然整體設施不算豪華，但在實惠的價格和安靜的環境上已經做得相當不錯。進入酒店大堂，便能感受到一種温馨而親切的氛圍，前台服務人員態度熱情，辦理入住手續迅速便捷。房間內佈置簡潔大方，床品整潔，清潔衞生也讓人放心，足以滿足商務出差或休閑旅行的基本需求。酒店的位置較為便利，周邊不僅有各式餐飲店，還有購物中心和公交站，方便客人出行。

住店前 已經説明要求清凈的房間 結果又是噪音 又是街溜子的 魚龍混雜 堅持到半夜2點以後才能勉強入眠 結果早上8點樓道里又開始吵 不知道是打掃衞生還是住店的 我的天呀我是睡眠很好的都弄的我失眠了 第二天酒店客服回訪 我嘮叨兩句而已説要投訴差評 服務員不屑一顧 這些年出差第一次領略了 無奈
