The parking at the hotel is a little more relaxed, the front desk reception is OK, the room is clean, the area is large, and the bathroom has hot water. The air conditioning works well. Quiet at night. Breakfast is very simple.

Qingtian is a very comfortable little place with many cafes that are worth a visit. The hotel is on the edge of the city and surrounded by building materials markets. However, the hotel has a good environment and the rooms are OK.

酒店坐落在甌江邊，沒幾步就可到江堤，或煙波浩渺，或晴空一碧，盡在青山環繞之間，實在是賞景休閑的好去處。如此，酒店的的地理優勢毋庸贅言了。房間寬敞設施完善，衞生打掃得很乾凈，後面有停車場，停車十分方便，工作人員服務很好。去青田、住大院！

這真的是我近五年住過最臟最差的房間了，一進門辦理好入住，前台就要好評，可是這麼偏的一個酒店我就沒給，什麼高鐵店離的相對於青田可以説十萬八千里了。
設施：沒有啥設施進入酒店就是一股難聞的味道，房間內瓷磚掉落落後用玻璃膠貼的高低不平，發黴在牆上，洗澡都不敢亂動。
衞生：這張照片就可以表達衞生環境了，一進入廁所馬桶蓋上有類似尿漬的黃色水漬。
服務：早餐很少不説，兒子吃了早上拉肚子

青田是個好地方 咖啡館特多。這酒店裝修很別緻，特別是大唐。走到江邊也就幾分鐘。早餐豐盛。以後青田出差就住這家了

僑家大院是來青田的必選住宿，有很大的停車場，去油竹或者市區都方便，洗漱用品挺好的，不像其它同價格的民宿用的東西很次，一次性拖鞋和牙刷我們都帶着繼續用。來青田西餐一頓造，哈哈哈。
