رد من مكان الإقامة: 我最貴的朋友您好！首先給您的出行帶來的傷痛酒店表示歉意，由於北戴河連續下暴雨刮大風，把雜物吹到了泳池，沒想到您晚上10點了還去泳池游泳，雖然您是蒙古國客人，由於語言不通，交流不是很方便，但我們發現您受傷後，酒店負責人立即要求把您送到醫院醫治，您還不願意去，在酒店負責人的一再堅持下親自開車帶您去北戴河醫院進行醫治，同時也積極的同醫生溝通，確保您醫治及時，直至陪您到12點多，在送您回酒店，同時為了避免其他的客人受傷，酒店連夜封鎖泳池並泄水查看，發現是有人不小心把飲料瓶和酒瓶的碎渣丟到了泳池底，由於水深外加反光，看不見，導致您受傷，真的是對不起，給您造成傷害。同時酒店希望您第二天能繼續停留觀察，您堅持要退房，酒店祝您早日康復！
