We're a designated venue for government and party meetings. We do have aromatherapy oils in the rooms, but the smell might be a bit musty, perhaps because you're not used to it. We keep the windows open for ventilation to prevent guests from feeling stuffy upon entering. We've already addressed your concerns about towels with the linen company. Regarding the smoke in the office, we were receiving clients that day. We can't provide fruit knives, as they are considered dangerous items. However, if you need to cut fruit, you can bring it to the restaurant on the second floor, free of charge. Your feedback is truly for the benefit of our hotel. On behalf of our entire team, we express our sincere gratitude and offer our sincerest apologies for your unfortunate stay.
