住在這裏主要是交通便利，🈳氣好，風景美麗，服務也很貼心，介紹吃玩的地方，姐姐説我給她與同學們安排的地方，她們超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

海邊的房子，靠近海邊，屋內設施一般，不是特別乾淨，沙發單子都黑黢黢的了，陽台浴缸都銹了，也是特別臟，湊活住了一晚。

陽台觀海超棒，房間衞生乾淨，周邊吃的也多，有幸吃到老闆送我們兩個特色小吃，説是在當地有喜事才能吃的到，名字寓意也很好--步步高昇。推薦

由於遊玩的比較隨性，所以晚上在外吃了飯才開始訂酒店，當地土菜館的老闆推薦的，説是便宜又乾淨，我們一行人吃了飯導航過去，在門口被保安攔着詢問了半天不讓進，和老闆溝通了很久，體驗感極差，到了房門口密碼試了多次進不了門，聯繫老闆説是加微信也沒有加，後面重複試才開了，房間設施設備比較齊全，最大的優點就是洗衣機和晾曬衣服的陽台早晨就能曬到 太陽，到十點左右，晚上洗的衣服就幹了，陽台朝海，夜晚的月亮和海不要太美了，房間有點兒黴味，浴室明顯平時打掃不徹底，玻璃門和瓷磚明顯臟，小沙發上的毯子全是臟印痕跡，床墊太差了，一動就有聲音，整晚都沒睡好，民宿在海南住了幾家，這家真的太一言難盡了，之所以沒有當場轉身走，一個是太晚，另一個是孩子很喜歡陽台的鞦韆，大的孩子自己澡都洗了。不得不提一嘴，大半夜在民宿自己擦櫃子鞦韆晾衣服的桿子這種體驗，我絕對不想要來第二次了，如果下次再遇到這樣的房子絕對不會將就了

衞生：極其糟糕，地板上的毛髮隨處可見，馬桶上有發黃的尿漬，尤其是那布藝沙發，用手一摸，達到了粘手的程度，開關按鈕都有包漿的痕跡；
安全：小區的安保形同虛設，所有人都可以隨意進出，入户沒有門禁，電梯沒有梯控，高樓層的護欄存在安全隱患；
設施：排水堵塞嚴重，衹要洗澡就會水漫金山，甚至會蔓延到整個洗手間地面，床墊是個硬傷，公寓採用的應該是最廉價的彈簧床墊，隔着保護墊都可以看到彈簧的紋路，堅硬頂背還缺少承託力；
周邊環境：這是一個物業管理水平較低的小區，小區內雜草叢生，還有鐵皮封閉的通道，旁邊有貌似荒廢的建築工地，蚊蠅飛舞是常態；
服務：酒店工作人員也可以穿着拖鞋大褲衩在一處歇業的燒烤店給你辦理入住手續，一番折騰，僅僅是為了給你發送一條開門密碼。
這是沿途住過最差的一間公寓，做如此詳盡的點評是為了避免後來者踩坑，也是為了抗議經營者如此不作為：地漏堵了不用疏通嗎？沙發粘手了不能清洗嗎？開關面板都臟成那樣了不清潔嗎？讓人瞠目結舌的衞生狀況，管理人員都不用查房嗎？衹有讓客人充當公寓的紀檢委才能引起關注嗎？

一句話總結：酒店太棒啦！下次還來！！
設施：酒店距離海的故事一條街就一個街道，步行過去就幾分鐘，晚上能喝着冰啤酒靜靜的聽海浪聲，附近還會有歌手在餐吧駐唱，很有感覺～😝
衞生：房間整體衞生不錯，提個小建議：在房間放個煙灰缸，避免住客產生煙灰焦慮。
環境：房間內部可參考視頻，絕對物超所值，本人住過博鰲超多酒店及民宿，無遮擋海景房我願稱這家為最有性價比，位置也很優秀，位於博鰲鎮上的博鰲灣小區內，距離鎮上美食街就幾百米的距離，小區門口就有*桔和*團的共享電動車，沒開車也可以玩的很方便。🥳
服務：民宿老闆還是很nice的，有求必應，如果需要租汽車或者摩託也會給推薦，我上次來過之後就加了老闆微信，這次直接微信訂房。🙋🏻♂️

最後是關於附近打卡點的推薦：
1、共享電動車除了可以到達博鰲鎮上所有的餐廳，還可以到紅石灘和潭門鎮，可以到海鮮市場買好海鮮後到附近餐廳加工，加工費15元/斤左右（參考圖11）。
2、如果想去嘉積鎮和山欽灣的小夥伴就需要租汽車、摩託或者能開60km以上的電動車，手動建議去山欽灣，圖5-10都是實拍，日落特別美。
