房間要坐電梯後要穿過一個很大凌亂的花園，要在裏面轉來轉去走很遠，穿過花園還要去坐一個特別小的電梯，設施設備顯得非常陳舊了，河景房和照片差距太大，明明是景觀房窗户玻璃卻非常臟，很久沒有清理過了。
最不可置信的是攜程四星的酒店衞生間的隔斷居然不是乾濕分離，而是用一塊非常老舊的拉的那種塑料布來分隔，現在一般的賓館都不用這個了，洗個澡外面放的拖鞋全部打濕掉，馬桶旁邊會淌的到處都是水，衞生間也是透明玻璃門衹有中間有一截磨砂貼，洗澡的時候水要麼冷要麼非常燙，説的有送兩杯咖啡也沒有，權益裏的歡迎水果是兩個橘子。真的太差了，有點離譜的四星。

人生第一次給差評，我和閨蜜一人開了一個房間，當天下午入住酒店睡了一覺起來就被床上的蟲子咬了，心想是不是女生皮膚太嬌氣了，結果晚上就發現床上有黑色的蟲子，第二天起床退房我老公也被咬了，閨蜜老公用了酒店毛巾擦臉臉上過敏了，總之體驗非常差、非常差、非常差！！！酒店衞生也非常不好、非常不好、非常不好！！！

酒店有接送站服務，服務人員都非常親切熱情，可以説完全是賓至如歸。值得一提的是，酒店大堂配備有許多常用物品和葯品，非常方便。大堂有指示牌介紹附近的景點。
酒店臨湖而建，從窗户可以遠眺湖畔美景，十分愜意。
酒店房間非常整潔乾淨，住宿體驗非常舒服，而且毫不吝惜飲用水，一路上都可以看到擺放着許多自取的飲用水。
最滿意的是早餐了，早餐在4樓的花園，環境優美，菜品豐富，乾淨衞生，每一道菜都非常好吃，尤其是現烤的煎餅和缽缽雞，獨具風味。
總的來説非常滿意，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

臨時出差 意外發現的一家寶藏酒店！剛入住的時候由於前天晚上喝了酒 胃難受 沒想到酒店居然備了三九胃泰 手上拿了行李不方便 想着過一會兒下來沖來喝，沒想到前腳剛到房間 後腳三九胃泰就沖好送過來了，進了房間 房間的桌子對着河景，處理文件時偶爾抬頭看看河水，眼睛的疲勞和心情都緩解不少 ，其實最讓我驚喜的是早餐， 早餐品種特別多，太豐盛啦，還有離店的時候，充電器忘拿了，前台聯繫我，説幫我郵寄 郵費都是酒店付的，這個售後太讚了！

訂這個酒店最開始是因為想在河邊散散心，放空一下 ，沒想到卻給我大大的驚喜 ，從還沒進門開始 保安師傅就來幫我提行李 ，到了前台辦入住 不僅有熱茶 小零食 ，沒想到前台還備了洗面奶和水乳 ，太太太太太貼心啦 ！！！
最讓我想不到的其實是前台的熱情 前台小姐姐問我是不是第一次來邛崍，一定要嚐嚐邛崍的特色 奶湯麪 缽缽雞，我説沒事 我起不來的，結果！她説要不早上9.30的時候讓餐廳給我送一份，真的太驚喜了，第二天早上就吃到了熱騰騰的早餐，不誇張的説 真的感受到了家的温暖。這一場散心之旅 總的來説被這家酒店狠狠治癒了，下次來邛崍必住！

這次入住喜瑞達，像被暖融融的光包裹着，每一處細節都讓人念念不忘，一定要來好好評價，讓更多人知道，有這麼一個寶藏酒店。
在攜程預訂了1間1晚“大床房，很快就收到了確認接單的訊息。抵達酒店，映入眼簾簡約質感大氣，門前的安保人員主動幫忙搬運行李，引導前往前台，前台工作人員熱情高效的辦理了入住手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務及早餐時間。
走進房間，裝修風格現代温馨，房間可以看到湖區，開窗即是外景，將一片湖水與沿岸葱鬱風光框進視野。床鋪整潔柔軟，躺上去猶如在棉花裏遊蕩，疲憊感瞬間消失，讓我最驚喜的是洗漱用品用的是”seven plus”洗護系列，滿足了我出門在外也能做精緻麗人的需求；除此之外，房間桌台上備有酒店的白茶，掛耳咖啡，甜點水果，防噪音耳塞，熱敷蒸汽眼罩，三頭充電線，加濕器等等使用率很高的日常用品，讓人不得不感歎酒店的貼心與細緻。去到酒店4樓用早餐，早餐食材新鮮，現包現做，豐富多樣，將邛崍吃食特色都一一展示出來，中西式齊全，應有盡有，餐廳的服務人員態度親切，熱情洋溢，在美麗的空中花園裡用早餐，拍照，開啟一天的好心情，我想是每個入住的客人必打卡的一個環節； 退房時被告知有接送高鐵服務，真是一大幸事。這次入住，該酒店在服務和設施方面表現出色，給我帶來了非常舒適便捷的體驗，以後出行都會選擇這裏，太棒了！
