"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We stayed for two nights, and as a family room wasn't available for the entire duration, we had to switch rooms halfway through our stay. The staff kindly helped us store our luggage and then moved it to our new room. The only minor drawback was that the 'family room' was essentially a standard room with an extra bed, leaving no space to fully open our suitcases, which was quite inconvenient."

"Stayed in this hotel for a few days and the overall experience was mixed. First of all, the front desk service is very considerate, whether it is check-in or check-out, it provides very professional and meticulous help. The hotel also has abundant supplies and complete facilities, making people feel comfortable. However, the restaurant's service and food quality could be improved. At breakfast, I asked if I could have boiled noodles, but was served a huge bowl of plain noodles with almost no flavor and a somewhat rough broth. When I was using the coffee machine, I found that the outlet was blocked and liquid splashed everywhere. After I reported this to the service staff, they said they were not familiar with the operation of the coffee machine and the problem was not solved in a timely manner. Moreover, the hygiene of the tableware is also worrying. I noticed stubborn stains on a few coffee mugs, and multiple mugs had similar issues. The most disappointing thing was that on the third day the problem with the coffee machine was still not resolved which affected my breakfast experience. In general, the hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in service details, especially in catering. If the catering quality and facility maintenance can be improved, I believe it will be a better choice."

I saw online that the decoration style is warm and sunny, suitable for children, and there is afternoon tea, so I booked this hotel. The children liked it very much. They had afternoon tea with snacks and jelly. Although the taste was average, the children were very happy. The girl Yueyue at the front desk was very enthusiastic. "I chose this hotel because of the "Chaoman" brand, but the windows facing the street were extremely poorly soundproofed. It felt like sleeping on the street at night. I could only fall asleep in the early morning when there was no traffic, and I was woken up again around 4 AM by cars – it was a disaster! I contacted customer service to change rooms that night, but was told there were no twin rooms available. Around 11 PM, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked if I could add a room, but was refused. Customer service said they would provide earplugs. Seriously, I'm on a holiday trip looking for a good time, and I have to pay double the price to sleep with earplugs? Is this how they help customers solve problems? A truly conscientious company should be wholeheartedly considerate of its customers! I suggest the hotel manager try staying in a room facing the street and experience it for themselves! If the hotel's windows aren't properly sealed, they should inform guests upon check-in! The hotel didn't show any sincerity in handling the situation afterward. I ended up taking a nap in my car with dark circles under my eyes this morning."
