Mi estancia en el Cleopatra Sidi Heneish fue increíble. Situado en Marsa Matruh, este resort de lujo ofrece una playa espectacular con arena blanca y aguas cristalinas. Las vistas al Mediterráneo son impresionantes. Las habitaciones, amplias y modernas, tienen balcones con vistas al mar, camas cómodas y limpieza impecable. El personal es amable y profesional. Las instalaciones, con piscinas infinity, spa y club infantil, son espectaculares. Aunque la señalización para llegar puede mejorar, el servicio de traslados lo compensa. Perfecto para familias o parejas, este hotel es un oasis de lujo y relax. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

We recently enjoyed a family getaway at Cleopatra Sidi Henish, and I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in a long time. Right from the start, we felt completely welcomed. The manager and Mr. Ahmed greeted us with such genuine warmth—it immediately set the tone for a lovely trip. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to the Elegant Suite, which was absolutely stunning. Spacious, beautifully clean, and full of thoughtful touches, it really made us feel pampered from the moment we stepped in. The whole hotel has such a calm and elegant vibe. Whether walking through the gardens or relaxing in the common areas, there’s a real sense of peace and care in how everything is maintained. And the staff? Simply wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—they made our stay feel effortless. One evening, we dined at Veranda, the Italian restaurant on-site, and were blown away. The food was genuinely some of the best Italian we've had in the region—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive: attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance made for a perfect family dinner. Overall, Cleopatra Sidi Henish struck a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. It’s clear the team takes pride in making guests feel not just accommodated, but truly at home. We left relaxed, well-fed, and already talking about when we could come back. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with top-notch service.

Our stay in Cleopatra Sidi Heneish was outstanding. The facilities are excellent, the hotel luxurious, the beach is amazing, and the staff are exceptionally- helpful and professional. Special thanks to Ahmed Galal - head of reception team - who was very helpful and accommodating even before our arrival - up till our time of checkout. Also, many thanks to Shams from the main restaurant - and Amr and Mohamed from the housekeeping team in cluster/building 7. Lastly, the lifeguards are very alert and professional - many thanks to their efforts.
