While most of our lake view rooms offer scenic outlooks across Lake Wakatipu and the mountain range, we understand that the angle from some suites may not fully capture this. Please know that we are always happy to assist with room preferences where possible, and we encourage guests to contact us directly prior to arrival with any special requests.Regarding the kitchen amenities, we appreciate your comments. Our suites are designed to offer the flexibility of self-catering, and we do provide a full kitchen setup. However, for health and safety reasons, we do not stock food items such as oil, salt, or condiments. We understand that expectations can vary, and we will take your feedback into account as we look at how we can communicate this more clearly to future guests. Our team is always happy to assist with any additional items where available.As for the lack of a lift, we recognise that this may be inconvenient for guests travelling with heavy luggage.
