Seda Vertis North is one of the hotels we will always go back to. The place is classy, clean and is family-friendly. The staffs are helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Really enjoyed our family staycation here. Having access to the lounge (23rd level) made the stay worth it and very convenient. The snacks and drinks served there all tasted great! Breakfast also had plenty of options. Our kid enjoyed the facilities too :)

Hotel is 5 stars; facilities and nearby attractions are ok - but the room is not up to 5 stars standard. Aircon extremely noisy. But the staffs are quite nice.

Nagbook ako for 2 nights para sa Easter Egg Hunt ng mga anak ko. Nag email na Pwde na mag online check in para pagdating ipakita QR at iaabot keycard. So sbi ko mabilis lang check in. Pagdating napakatagal baby ko 7mos. Iyak na ng iyak request ko din baby cot wala nakalimutam ata ng receptionist na ng assist sakin. Umabot ako ng 1.5hrs. Eto na Araw na ng Event may ngbook kami hotel plus iba pa bayad sa easter egg 2500 sa event 3 bmayaran ko toral 7500. Pagdating dun may mga stall ng Siomai,takoyaki,fries mamahal 150 to 250pesos .habang event tagal ng pakain nila syemore bibili ka talaga dahil gutom na mga bata.wala man lamg pa snack. Nakaka attemd kami mga gamito sa seda lang may mga tinda na klangan magbayad.humingi kami water sab8i sa labas may tinda. Natapos event nakapila kami para kunin mga loot bag at pack nq food. Npakamahal ng 2500 samantlang pinamai*** na mga lootbag galing sa sponsor nila. Nka attemd kami sa ibang hotel habang ng program may pa freen snack unli at unli water at juice or soda. Hanggang sa bago matapos event may mga buff3t for dinner. Pagbaliknamin room nagbilin ako linisin wala nglinis sabi nakala*** do not disturb so ok. Sabi ng receptionist mga 6:20pm nalang sige baba nlang kami para malinis room pagod gusro ng malinis na room. Pag akyat mister ko check para aakyat na kami 7pm wala parin nglilinis. Tinawagan kopa ulit sila. Saka food na pinami*** sa event for 2500 each napakaasim ng spaghetti,.chicken na durog,,small slice cake na parang tira tira pa ata. Seda Check nyo iba hotel panu sila mag pa event mga gnyan hnri na pagkakakitaan pa mga nag join binayad sulit sa buffer palang. Ultimo tubig benta nyo.
