I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Excellent room and bed, slept like a baby. Happy that this booking comes with breakfast . Food was good, nice spread. Will be back here again and will recommend to friends.

I stayed here for two nights on the second day of my first trip to the Philippines. The pool is on the rooftop and the location is beautiful. However, the water was very cold. Don't go there expecting it to be a heated pool. You will fail. Even the locals thought it was cold. Other than that, there were no problems at all. Slippers and bathrobes can be ordered over the intercom. By the way, English is a must. You can't order if you can't speak it. There is a gym, and although there are not many equipment, I was satisfied.

What can I say? I'm just happy that my partner enjoyed the bath tub! We had a free upgrade to junior suite by the manager, probably because of the message I sent. Rooms is clean. Bed and pillows are not that overused yet. So comfy. Although they didn't reply to my messages, they just showed it through their actions. Their staff's hospitality is a top-notch one. Cons- The shower floor drainage needs improvement. Rooms are not soundproof. We had to call 3x, in the wee hours just ro report the room next door. They had like party and they were singing (actually more of a screaming at the tip of their lungs.and jumping) in chorus. It was only when the vuardywent that they really stopped and that was around 3AM. I guess the management should be stricter about having party at the room.
