"I usually stay in hotels not far from this one. Technically, the service is okay, but especially not at this price. A hotel that lacks co-counseling. So I compare the price/service. The room is tiny, like an ibis budget. No bathroom, a shower against the window, toilet and sink opposite (closed by a door) but it's really tiny. The desk is also very small, they are retractable brackets, nothing crazy... The restaurant is totally impersonal, like a canteen. For the restaurant, ultra basic (which was good) but it's still an industrial kitchen. A breakfast with choice. Pleasant wait staff. In addition, the manager wants you to pay upon arrival and in which case when you leave the restaurant she says "I'm going to charge you"... (no choice, no time to breathe). It's very unpleasant and I don't like it. In short, with a drink and a coffee, €118. I am very, very far from the comfort I have in some nearby hotels at a similar price."

"I spent the night here as I had a train to catch very early the next morning. It was perfect - directly across the street from the station, lowest rate, clean and a decent bathroom. Friendly service, but they don't serve anything in the morning - no coffee, nothing. However, there is a restaurant next door that opens at 7am and is used to the hotel clientele popping in before the early train to Paris so that was fine. I'll stay there again next time I need to sleep in Quimper before a train."

"Had a two day break here and really recommend the place. Great location to the town . Only a 8 min walk to the centre. Really good bedrooms and the showers are super. Fabulous breakfast with a great selection. Very welcoming at the reception desk . Free on site parking also"

"Basic and no redeeming features except the breakfast!! No pictures no chair no bathroom( basin and shower part of the bedroom with a net curtain divider) !! No plug in the wash basin no room to close the door when seated in the toilet!! Almost all of the staff unhelpful and uncaring( one was OK who we saw on our first day and not again! Unfortunately we booked 3 night stay!) Payment was requested on arrival which we compiled with,only to realise that this was probably done to contend with complaints on seeing the accommodation...never again!!) This was the worst holiday we have ever had in France and upset me very much...to be treated with such lack of respect as to tell me on complaining about the lack of a plug...what do you expect..you booked budget!! Well budget in England still gives you a good level of accommodation and I would expect a decent hotel in France to do the same!! This holiday was like being in prison..a pokey,blank walled room with no creature comforts except for the paid for breakfast!! Never ever again Ibis Brest😡"

"Very well received by a charming lady who also gave me very good information on the towns and restaurants around Quimper. The room was classic, simple, efficient, but soulless, a cruel lack of decoration and finishes. Of course we are in a large chain, but still. Same for the breakfast, too simple, not very varied, and especially with mediocre quality products, without highlighting local products. For the same price (€13.50) you can find better in other hotels. In short, I did not have a bad stay, and I appreciated the reception staff, but the lack of taste of the rooms and the average breakfast will not make me want to return to this establishment."
