"We booked the accommodation in March 2024 for October (11 days/ €2.200) directly at Cristina (holder). A deposit of €1.100 had to be made in March. The process of booking a house was very complicated and chaotic (no information about receiving the deposit) - had to give us thought. At arrival we were informed that there is a good and a bad news. The good news was a “summing upgrade” into a larger house where a pipe break in the second bedroom/bathroom had happened. We were promised that the bathroom will be repaired within 2 days. Then we sleeped as a three-headed family in A bedroom and my 8-j old daughter was on an old mattress without bed. (additional cost €50 per day!!!) Daily there was noise and fine dust from the renovation and then on day 7 the bathroom was finally renovated. The house #9 or “upgrade” is habited with old devout furniture, curved mattresses, used floors and a muddled shower where the purt breaks from the walls, compared to our own booked house #23b which modern, Well furnished and clean, but has now been given to a spontaneous booking. Concluded: We were forced to leave after 7 days, no alternative was offered. neither the 4 unused nights (€800) nor the rebooking cost (€790) they were repaid. There was only a “small” compensation - dinner (€80) and minibar at home. On the day of departure, the owner Cristina did not look and did not send any excuse to this day. The location of the house directly on the beach is beautiful but this does not weigh the entire negative points of the house, the facility and the behavior of the owner."

"مرة أخرى عطلة لامعة بلا عيوب! لقد كنت هنا ست مرات. الموظفين مذهلة حقا ولا يمكن أن تفعل ما يكفيك. الطعام جيد دائماً ولكن أفضل هذه السنة، وقد أعادوا السمك واللحوم ليلاً حيث يمكنك اختيار نوع اللحوم أو السمك الذي تريد، كم سمك الذي تريده وطبخه خاصة لك! الفندق والغرفة بلا استثناء! كل عضو في الطاقم سعيد ويريد أن يجعل إجازتك رائعة! لقد ذهب أغلب الموظفين هناك سنوات وتعرفنا الآن، وهذا هو لطيف جدا، وخاصة مع كمية السياح الذين لديهم كل عام! بالتأكيد أنصح هذا الفندق لأي شخص! أحبه!"

"Animation team are very good. Particularly Darlene Calsal, Alice & Jason. Facilities are good, but there are several broken deckchairs both round the pool & on the beach. Tables do not get cleared enough & this brings multiple flies, both in the restaurant and at the bar areas. The surf school on the beach never opened in the 10 day that we were here. There is a restaurant on site apart from the buffet, but no one tells you about it. It is very nice with good food, although with a limited menu."

"الموقع جزيرة غرب أفريقيا مع الشواطئ الرملية البيضاء. كان على بعد 15 دقيقة من المطار ومدينة صغيرة على بعد 20 دقيقة بالسيارة. لذلك ذهبت مع كل وحدات طراز TUI شاملة ، لم يكن هناك rep TUI إذا كنت ترغب في التحدث إلى rep يجب عليك الاتصال أو استخدام التطبيق. كنت الشخص الوحيد في اللغة الإنجليزية، و هي في الأساس الإيطالية والفرنسية، و أستطيع التحدث بضع لغات لكن ليس بما يكفي للتحدث، لذلك كانت إجازتي وحيدة جدا. طاقم الترفيه يدعى برافو وقاموا بتنفيذ جميع إعلاناتهم باللغة الايطالية او الفرنسية لذلك كان من الصعب الانضمام إليه وعندما قلت لهم انني كنت من الإنجليزية ويمكنهم الترجمة من يقولون لا يوجد بالفندق ايطالي وهذا ما يناسبهم جميعا. لا أفهم لماذا تستخدم أجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصي هذا الفندق؟؟ كان الفندق نظيفا يحتاج بعض الإصلاح هنا ولا يوجد مرضى أو مخدرات. ينص على وجود مرشحات للمياه حول الفندق ولكن لم يكن هناك أحد في الخدمة. لقد كنت أستخدم صالة الألعاب الرياضية التي تحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه ما عدا تكييف الهواء، وكانت رياضة عرق ساخنة. تتكون ثلاث مسابح واحدة من بركة الأطفال ولكن يبدو أنهم يفضلون بركة لا نهائية للبالغين والآباء يذهبون بها فقط. الشاطئ جميل لكنه ريح جداً لا يمكنك الجلوس هناك لفترة طويلة. هل سأذهب مرة أخرى لكني سأعود إلى كيب فيردي لمنتجع آخر حيث ربما يتكلمون معه أحد."
