In the hamlet Lukoni 3 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 7 km from the centre of Buje, 7 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 26 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. very nice clean house with pool, we felt very comfortable. The landlords live right next door and are very nice and attentive. Perhaps the kitchen could use a little more crockery, but we managed. The house is fairly quiet, so just the thing to relax.
