This was a pleasant stay for my family as the staff accommodated all our requests. The breakfast menu variety was superb and replenished continuously until 10.30 am. The location is nearby beaches and shoplots. However, the airport and Phuket town is an hour away, which is a setback. However, Phuket is not a suitable place for us as it is considered very expensive. I rather go to Krabi. Cambodia, Vietnam, Bali, and Kerala are better choices using Malaysian currency.

the ocean view room was breathtaking.
Buffet breakfast was amazing but can be switched up more menus. The room service can be improved when ask for toilet paper you gotta chase them a. Second or third times.

The service check in with Josh was pleasant.
The gym and pool amenities was clean and superb

The location is very good, very close to the subway station, but there is no elevator at the nearest subway station exit. The hotel service attitude is very good, check-in is also very fast, there is free lemonade, sparkling water and fruit at the front desk, the room is a little small, but overall it is very comfortable.
