Red Lion Hotel

Wonderful service, most delicious food, and great interiors. Would visit again! Beatris was great. Very much recommend !

I was only able to stay for one night before I left for Heathrow the next morning but that experience makes me want to return here for a full visit. As a solo traveler, I was hoping for the best for my last night in England but it was far more than that. All the little British touches mixed with modern conveniences made me feel so delighted to be there. The gentleman who checked me in was so accommodating and helpful I felt as though I was in the hands of my family, looking out for my well being. Remember, I was a solo traveler who is also a senior. The Pub and restaurant are gorgeous. All wood with fireplaces and friendly servers. I ate there with family for my last night and chose fish & chips of course. Yummy! They fully enjoyed their selections as well. It is open to the public if you just want to have a drink and a bite to eat in a lovely space. The Red Lion's outdoor patio is gorgeous and although it was raining and we didn't sit outside, I look forward to returning to relax and enjoy myself with family out there. If you want to try the best in British hospitality in a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere give it a try!

Meeting room has all the amenities you could ask for. Nice quiet location in the pub. The front facing windows provide a nice break from the slideshows. Aircon was pumping and worked perfectly in the summer. Staff were great at refilling glasses

We spent two nights at the Red Lion in Radlett. Room 12 was cozy and well cleaned, just a bit tight between the bed and the wall. The Bed with a large selection of pillows was very comfortable. Smart and big enough bathroom, only the toilet flush buttons need to be maintained. The pub offers several beautiful areas for all needs and a nice terrace. Large beer on tap selection, tasty and nicely presented snacks and mains. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this hotel!! This was our second stay at Red Lion Radlett all the way from sunny Scotland and we were instantly at home when the first person we met was Paul, a fellow Scot! We were returning to revisit Harry Potter Warner Bros studios which is only a short taxi drive away. A quick flight and located directly across from the train station makes the Red Lion easily accessible. We arrived super early and Paul kindly let us check in before we enjoyed a large selection of drinks in the beer garden! Food was delicious too! Dan was very helping as were the other girls behind the bar. Such a homely welcoming hotel with big comfy beds and all amenities required such as mini fridge, toiletries, hairdryer and even fresh milk with our coffee machine. We already can’t wait to return, hopefully in winter next time to experience a drink beside one of the lovely wood fires you have Thanks again, we will be back soon!

Stayed here again. Really good value, very clean room. Enjoyed some time at the refreshments area. Room 3 can be a little tight in the en-suite! Well done to one and all! It's not easy in this very competitive world providing first rate customer care.
