Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort

Saya memesankan untuk teman2 saya yang lain. Kami total Ber7 orang. 2 orang memesan single Club Room sedangkan. Yang main kamar superior tapi kami semua mendapatkan upgrade class oleh kebaikan General Managernya. Hotel di Kuba ini adalah group dari Archiepelago Hotel Indonesia. Kamar luas, tv layar lebar dan bisa mirroring dari HP untuk nonton Youtube, Netflix dll. Semua all in. Kami sangat enjoy stay di Aston. Terima kasih Aston

Estoy celebrando mi cumple 35 en el hotel todo bien bonito el personal super atento especialmente relaciones publicas y todos muy detallistas me sentí super bien atendido. Gracias a todos en el hotel.

Poor customer service. The power went out everyday. They complain that we took towel even though we brought the towel back. The shower would always over flooding on to the ground. They came to me and my family and made a scene in the buffet area about towels that we bring back to the beach. The front desk lady start getting hostile when my mother brought the towel to her.

This was our 8th time at this wonderful resort and it did not disappoint. The beach is beautiful, the service was truly impeccable and people who work at the resort will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. We would like to thank Lillian from customer service for taking care of us and our needs. The best bartender Yamila for making us amazing drinks and we have known her for 12 years. The manager of the buffet which we also know for 12 years Alexander is truly amazing. Donny at customer relations as well is very accommodating and a nice person. Thanks to the front desk for helping me with the wifi everyday and helping me stay connected. Roger the driver would drive us to all the restaurants in back which was very helpful in the warm weather. There is too many people to mention but the staff is why we keep coming back to this resort. I came with my wife for a relaxing vacation and found it here. The service was incredible, the food delicious, the atmosphere and music great, one of the best beaches I've ever been to. We were truly very satisfied with this resort. You can be sure we'll return.
