Kick back and relax in this calm space. Located in Rangitahi, a new subdivision in Raglan complete with local walking tracks and coffee hut, this house is a great base for getting out and about in Raglan and then unwinding at the end of the day.
This is quiet accommodation with modern comforts. Recently built, the house has water views from the lounge and the two bedrooms. With double glazing and a heat pump/air con, it is cozy, comfortable living.
Situated across the road from the estuary, the house is a short distance from the village (25min walk or 3min drive) and Raglan's beaches (8mins to the surf).About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Section not fenced & across the road from water..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

This place was perfect for us and we would definitely return should the occasion arise! Super clean, everything we needed was there, Helen was extremely helpful and responsive and the location was great!

Have traveled to many countries and cities over the world however this has to be the best experience we've had. Helen made our stay so comfortable, she was prompt with responding to messages and her communication was clear. The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the town centre and beaches. Thank you Helen for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back in summer. 5 stars dont do justice, wish i could rate it 10 !

Raglan retreat
Lovely place to stay. Excellent location, only a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk into the town centre. Beautiful view. Well appointed. We enjoyed playing the games available.We would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Raglan.
