Absolutely terrible experience at Le Jarden! Food was unhygienic (hair in poha, same gravy for veg & non-veg), the check-in/check-out process was strict, and the entire place was filthy. Our room looked like someone had just slept in it, and to make matters worse, we had to deal with bed bugs all night! There weren’t enough staff, service was painfully slow, and even in a medical emergency, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for basic first-aid. The pool was unsafe with sharp edges, and the so-called sports turf had no equipment to actually play. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

Additionally, we found hair in the poha, which raised serious hygiene concerns. - The check-in and check-out times were rigid, making scheduling difficult. - Cleanliness was a major issue. Our room was not properly prepared, and the bedding appeared used. Worse still, there were bed bugs, which made for an uncomfortable night. - The property lacked adequate staff, leading to slow service. A medical emergency kit was not readily available, causing a 15–20 minute wait. - Despite having a turf, no playing equipment was provided. - The swimming pool also requires maintenance, particularly the sharp edges, which pose a safety risk. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed for future guests.

Not matching pictures, too pricey for what was offered. Rooms were dated.

Room was clean kichan staff was coprative food option was not good i paid 1000 to include the breakfast in the package but that was not worth. Very few options available in breakfast hotel ambience was not good overall not worth of money

Room infra good, maintenance not upto the mark, inhouse room services need improvement. Quality of food is good, service is delayed. Property is not as shown Not worth the amount paid. Staff is good. Property location is good, but the water logging at the entrance should be taken care of.
