The hotel boasts a fantastic location with stunning views and excellent infrastructure. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and supportive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Jaya, for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable - your hospitality truly stood out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. I absolutely loved waking up to that view every morning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We visited Mayfair Lake Resort, Raipur for the second time to celebrate our anniversary, and once again, it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably maintained, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Our room was thoughtfully decorated, and the chocolate cake was a delightful surprise — a lovely touch that made our celebration even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Jaya at the front desk and Mr. Antaryami, the housekeeping supervisor. Both were exceptionally warm and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The surprise they arranged added a magical touch that we’ll always cherish. The property itself is absolutely stunning — peaceful, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was excellent — every meal was delicious and satisfying. A special highlight was the buggy tour around the property, kindly given by Ms. Jaya. She took the time to explain everything in great detail, and her warmth and hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning soon with our family.
