Nice staff, good food better  location over all it was pleasant stay  in Hyatt

Best in Raipur.

We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & managed to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

Everything was awesome and the breakfast was superb only disappointed from the buffet dinner, staffs were cooperative Waiting for the next visit to Hyatt Raipur.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Excellent staff at Hyatt Raipur. Mr. Ajen from restaurant and Mr. Umesh from reception were really helpful as always. Wifi of the hotel is extremely poor and I have been complaining everytime regarding the wifi speed. Also the equipment specially the treadmill in the gym needs a change as it's too old now.

Courteous and friendly staff. Lots of place for good food around. Good location , not far from airport. Good Restaurant and good breakfast spread. Lots of places to sit around for business meetings. Staff is polite and helpful. Good coffee.

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. So overall a good experience.

Not proper sanitation, mosquitoes were in room . The hair seen in fruit cuts on breakfast. Neat & clean atmosphere is must to take food .

Room did not have lift access, khandvi was stale in today’s breakfast, had to wait 40 minutes for a toothbrush.

duty manager is pathetic. kindly change him. Noman is the only ray of hope there . the presidential suite is pathetic. lemme explain. earlier i checked into a view of garbage. i asked for change next morning. which i got late night after a lot of gumboot. then to enhance my experience i took the presidential suite(so called). which was in tatters to say the least. i asked for the hotel manager. the duty manager came and offered me a 20% discount. i checked out next day paying them in full(i have the bills). i am yet listen from their conflict resolution team

Had a great breakfast at Hyatt Raipur during my stay here. Tried the sprouts chilla and the nachni dosa as recommended by chef Gargi. It tasted good also was a very healthy option for the breakfast. Also, the other staff at the restaurant was super hospitable and made our experience good.

Experience was great. Chef Gargi, Chef Ria and Chef Abhishek made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. Manish Kumar also provided great service. We will recommend this stay to our friends and family further. The rooms were clean and well maintained as well.
