Renovated unit near The Village area of Raleigh! This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! My wife and I stayed here, and had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and comfortable. Communication with the host was great too - we received several great tips of local places to check out while we were in town, which we greatly appreciated!

Great visit to Raleigh My husband and I visit Raleigh a few times a year to visit our son. The Villages area is our preferred location to stay and now Stephen’s properties will be too. The condo was in a great location, walkable to all stores and restaurants. It’s clean, fully updated, easy to access, comfortable furniture and bed, well stocked kitchen and large walk in shower. Highly recommended staying here!

Absolutely wonderful! Location was so close to shopping and downtown. Grocery store less than 10 minute walk away! Property was as described. Clean, great memory foam bed, quiet, handy laundry in unit, kitchen well stocked with cooking items, great space for two people! Excellent communication with the owner!As mentioned in a previous review you can hear the occupant in the upstairs until walking around. Just minor squeaky floor boards. Noise was not excessive. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
