Best in town,all our holy trip was successfully completed with full support of Mr saravanan's guidance...he explained all temple details and our all doubts cleared by his polite manner, especially the team made wooden ramb for wheelchair it's very useful

Located at mainly railway station and main temple on the way for danuskodi and very calm and peaceful location,and one more very reasonable worth price for rooms and good and fresh sea foods available in curry restaurant staffs are humble and kindness specific Fernandez,gani,vimal,Saravanan,jenith t,and nambu and team doing great hospitality service from customers,we are really happy and well recommend this hotel!!!!!!

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Cleanliness We stayed at Rameswaram Grand and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned Room No. 408 was not clean upon arrival. Specifically, I noticed stained bed sheets, Pillows , hair in the bathroom, a musty odor Etc. This lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective. we immediately reported the issue to the front desk staff, but the response was unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or a room change, the staff were rude, made excuses. I expected basic standards of cleanliness from a hotel in this category, and sadly, those expectations were not met. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards. Detailed Experience video will be uploaded in our You tube Channel "Jorbaar Stories"

I had one of the worst experiences here. Service – 0/10. The staff was completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping. It felt like I was staying in a ******* place. Cleanliness – 0/10. The place was filthy – dirty floors, stained linens, and a stench that made it hard to stay. Basic hygiene was completely ignored. This place lacks even the minimum standards one would expect. If you care about your time, health, and peace of mind – avoid this place at all costs. If you want to feel sad , depressed, or want to have mood off. Please come and stay for a night. This hotel for 2 persons is ok with price of 1500 and for 3 persons 1800 and so on. To the manager , please change the hotel name. You are creating bad reputation for Rameswaram. Rameswaram is a great name. Don't spoil it by naming your hotel with that. The word Rameswaram should give me a good feeling. Instead of making me feel sick about it. So kind request to you replace the name of your hotel. If you really respect God and have faith in God.
