In the district of Leiten 3 km from the centre of Ramsau, 4 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district, 9.5 km from the lake, 5 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Ramsau Leiten Sonnenhügel" 1 km, railway station "Schladming" 4.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 9.5 km. Ski lift 5 km, ski bus stop 300 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Planai 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. "Salzmannhof", 3-room apartment 90 m2, on the top floor. The owner was very nice, the bathroom was a bit old, and there was no window. Furniture a bit worn (seating area). Very nice balcony with Dachstein view. Dogs welcome.

There was nothing wrong with the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and had some nice conversations with our hosts. Absolutely recommended. You can get anywhere quickly, access is easy and there is also a covered carport. All in all...we will most lik
