Chanakya Bnr Hotel

The Hotel sits on a huge piece of land right next to the Railway Station. It has loads of open spaces, built in a colonial style it has two massive parks, fountains and a very big parking area. With all those open areas it gives you a feeling of a resort more than a hotel in a building. The ground level staff is excellent. The top-level management is responsive and reactive to your needs. The breakfast lay out is better and tastier than other big Five-star hotels in the city. Why almost perfect then you may ask? Two reasons mainly One, sadly traffic police in Ranchi does NOT impose the ban on Pressure horns. The buses picking people up from the railway station to their onward journey’s use them with impunity and right from 5 AM onwards, it can be a real disturbance. One wishes that the management takes this up with the traffic police department. Two, the swimming pool at the hotel is more cosmetic than something that an adult can hope to use. It is because its depth is between 3.5 – 4 feet. Certainly not enough if you are looking to swim to get an exercise. Having pointed these issues out I may add that they are not sufficient to keep me from staying here again. I would happily stay here, in fact looking forward to it.

The food is so great. :D Best in Ranchi. Also, the ambience is lovely. My husband and I keep visiting their restaurant. We have also stayed once. The room is also good. The live musician was really cool. Anyone who goes, try their continental and Chinese cuisine.

Very good place to stay, service is very good.. Thanks to Divya Akash ( Housekeeping)..to providing very fast service we need...behaviour is very good.... Room is so beautiful...well maintain... Restaurant is also so nice... Morning breakfast is very nice...

The hotel Chanakya BNR at Ranchi is located just opposite the Railway station and offers real convenience for the train travellers. The ambience is well maintained avoiding the outside noises. Spacious lobby, corridors and rooms welcome the guests with ease and comfort. Staff are friendly and the amenities of the hotel will engage a guest in various activities throughout the day. The quality of food and beverage offered by the restaurant and bar are commendable. It's worth a stay in Chanakya if you are in Ranchi

approach to property is little bit conested after entering property it is very good and well planed landscaping and fountatins,rooms are good bathroom is congested and needs more cleaning. food was good ,staff is courteous. overall good stay

Extremely happy and satisfied with the hospitality of the hotel. They accommodated my request for early check in whic was quite early and without charges. The two ladies at the front desk, forgot to check their names, were very caring and made effort to allocate me the room. The facilities at the hotel were wonderful and every effort made to ensure comfort and leisure. Food was excellent with a wide array of choices and quality excellent. I had an early morning checkout so the front desk executive ensured it was ready before night so that I did not have to face any delay. Overall a wonderful and pleasurable experience and look forward to visiting them again. Thank You
