I had a confirmed booking with @makemytrip at Brown Town Resort, Hyderabad on 24th May. On arrival, I was denied entry after waiting 1.5 hours. Why? Because they prioritized a wedding over guests with confirmed bookings. No help. No apology. Just stress, extra costs, and a ruined special occasion. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. @makemytrip has refunded and promised some compensation, but Brown Town Resort hasn’t even acknowledged the issue. What struck me most was the blatant greed exhibited by the management. Prices skyrocketed during peak season, with no justification for the exorbitant rates. Worse, they were not upfront about hidden charges, which came as a surprise at checkout. For instance, [mention an example, e.g., “a ‘service fee’ that wasn’t disclosed initially”]. It’s frustrating to see a business prioritize profits over providing value to their customers.

The ambience, hospitality and the food was just excellent. We stayed in the Himalayan suite. The variety of rooms available is simply amazing Himalayan was just replica of the cottages we find in Himalayan region. Really authentic and refreshing!! Best getaway for the weekend

BrownTown is definitely one of the best resorts in Hyderabad and we had a whale of a time! The vast, green sprawling space gave our team enough space and privacy to have a fantastic day outing! I'd highly recommended them. Ms. Rosaline was quite helpful. The food was good, the non veg dishes could be a little better but no complaints, they were hygienic and the veg food more than made up for it! Mr. Manish was quite accomodating with our requests.

It's located in lush greenery with lots mango trees. The service is really good and food was decent. We took the Himalayan suite and it's very comfortable. The amenities included in our package were swimming pool, indoor game (pool, carem, etc) and outdoor games. The best part was nature all around - ducks, birds etc all roaming freely. There's secure parking available inside. Had a very good time with family and try to visit again.

i would say the most awesome part was the food was excellent and due to that your day becomes more energetic and facilities are excellent too ,try to have new type of food and also u can have fun with indoor and outdoor games also if you really like to have good memories
