Our home sleeps 8 guests with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest➥Extra sheets and pillows are provided in case they are neededComplimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Other details to note:-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. -Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.- No pets allowed in the home. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. We are just a 5-min. walk from downtown so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out everything the city has to offer.
