Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority, we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations and for the inconvenience that you experienced.Blue bracelet is offered to guests based on meal plan booked i.e. All Inclusive package. Towel card states that fees of AED 50 will be charged in case towel is not returned and use of towel at pool and beach is complimentary for all guests.
