"The property is beautiful, but it is unfortunately in the wrong hands. The maintenance and hospitality are extremely poor. Our room had pests, the washroom flush was not working, and even the bedsheets had a bad smell. Cleanliness was completely ignored. The sofas placed in the reception area were extremely dirty and in pathetic condition, which clearly reflects how poorly the entire property is maintained. There was no help for our luggage at all. The morning security staff (Sanish) just stood and stared instead of assisting. The basic courtesy expected in hospitality was missing. Those who are planning to come with children or elders, please avoid this place. The rooms being full of pests and the unhelpful security make it very uncomfortable and inconvenient. This resort is clearly money minded and not at all customer friendly. A beautiful property being wasted due to careless management. Not recommended."

"We had booked the hotel considering it’s a Marriott group property expecting a certain quality standard. But we’re in for a surprise to see the property right from the lobby to the restaurant to rooms in worn out and dirty condition. The bath and toilet flushes had no proper water supply. Toiletries were below average quality. The restaurant was more like a canteen. The table mats and chairs were dirty. Most of the things from the menu were not available. The pictures on the website and net are old and misleading Being an off-season the price was that of a luxury premium hotel again giving a feeling of a premium property but turned out to be a below 2 star property! Except for the brand name and prices it was nowhere a star property. We felt deceived by the brand Marriott!"

"Had a comfortable 1 night stay at this hotel. Convenient to reach as it is on the main road. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Its not a full fledged hotel. But around 8-10 rooms on a single floor. This is certainly a good stay option if you not expecting services and facilities like a full fledged hotel. Overall our stay was very comfortable and loved the room layout."

"This is my second time at this hotel. I came here during november where they only complaint i had was no hot water but that was manageable. Considering the fact that it's summer, i thought it would be a good idea to book this hotel for my family for 5. We booked two rooms but the person who assigned us the rooms assigned separate rooms, on opposite corners of the floor even when i had clearly stated i need side by side rooms. My parents and granny had a really hard time due to this arrangement. Then, after an argument, we were granted opposite rooms, but the toilet was indian style which was not suitable for my parents and granny. The worst part was, there was literally no ventilation in the rooms. Back during my november visit, i did not realise that as the cozy atmosphere had it covered. But right now, it was terrible. We could not keep the doors closed even for a minute. None of us slept during the two nights of our stay. While having a bath, my father suffocated due to no ventilation. Thought apart from the person that assigned us the rooms, the other staff was good but they did literally nothing even after our repeated complains. If you talk about the stay, this is the worst stay i ever had. Totally disappointed."

"Excellent location! Huge property. Very old school! Easily 90's vibe but well kept. We asked for sea view but all we got was a small view of the sea from far. Rest was hampered by trees. Although they have a viewing deck at the cliff which is a 2 minutes walk within the property. Its unlike anything I have seen before. Simply Heaven on Earth. Food was good overall. Property needs to be modernised. Rest everything was spot on!"

"Terrible experience. At reception instead of a welcome, we were informed about list of things not available. No mobile range. No in room dinning. Rooms are so far away that you can't walk to reception or restaurant. You have to request a buggy and wait for 15 mins. Our 'Winter Green ' rooms were in a standalone building with peeling paint. No security, no staff. We roamed around, found our own rooms and settled ourselves. The resort is so poorly lighted that we can't dare to step out in dark. Just waiting to get this over."
