I just came from shopping and had a big shopping bag and wanted to keep at the reception desk before going to the supermarket next to the hotel so that it’d be more convenient. She coldly asked if I were the hotel guest (she literally checked me in yesterday) and told me if I were the hotel guest so I should keep my bag in my room (it was on the fourth floor of the hotel). Is it really hard to just keep the bag for the guest for 10 minutes? This is the first time I experienced such behavior during my 14 days trip in Europe in 5 countries."
