"I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !"

"We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent."

"Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience."
