Good ambience and best service and hospitality. We stayed there for our office trip to vaishno devi and it was a lifetime satisfaction with the facilities they offer. So polite and helpful while offering you help for anything you require. Cleanliness also on point. Good food.

Everything was very comfortable, was surrounded by immense peace. The staff is very respectful and responsible. Food was really well cooked and served felt special when always getting asked we need anything. Shout to the girl from Punjab ludhiana, very kind and sweet. Special Shout out to two chef's who made cold coffee. Ps: If the pool could get ready by 11, it could be cherry on the cake 🍰 Thanks Ridhi K

Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property is well-maintained with scenic views, clean rooms, and courteous staff. The food was delicious and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day. Perfect spot to relax and unwind — would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Everything about this place is simply great. The room size (suite) is large, comfortable, airy, and bright. The suite includes a living room, a bedroom, and a balcony. There is a very nice pool surrounded by a green space. The food was very tasty and good. The Vaishno Devi shrine mountain was a great sight from our balcony. The staff and the front desk deserve all the kudos for their service and attention. Spacious bathrooms with grab bars in the shower area make the bathrooms senior friendly. The evening Mata Aarti conducted by the staff each day in the reception area adds an element of divinity to the place. 10/10 for the hotel on all counts.
