"The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront, but the service at the reception left something to be desired, there were several problems with my room and no one could resolve them and they even said if I wanted I could cancel, which doesn't matter to him. But since I bought it with Trips, they didn't solve anything and even said if I had bought it with them it would be easier."

"Well located, spacious apartment, very spacious compared to ordinary hotels.
Although the apartment does not have kitchen utensils, you can ask the reception staff.
It has pleasant public areas and although the pool area, gym and elevator are small, their services are good.
It provides a rich and varied breakfast and can extend the checkout time to 2 pm.
Their employees are receptive and attentive."

"The staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

11946Wonderful hotel clean and nice and very good service absolutely I recommend this hotel  they have a large selection of breakfast fresh fruits and good food in the restaurant and it is close to the airport 10 minutes by car and very good Wi-Fi . they have live music by saxophone and piano play them in the morning every day when the people eat breakfast.

ZZhungaerwang酒店的房間很大。特別寬敞。但是依然存在同樣的問題，就是洗護用品的質量相對來説較差。還有一個問題，就是游泳池沒有辦法在晚上游泳，因為沒有加温系統，水比較涼。其他的方面都是很棒，各方面服務都是非常周到的，工作人員也很熱情。

I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

The breakfast is very simple and has little variety.
I ordered 2 meals, the first one came with the chicken parmigiana fillet almost completely raw, the other meal was good.
But the big problem is the seal between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that is said or done.
Finally, I would like to know where I can request my invoice in the name of a legal entity.

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is the best I have traveled to Brazil so far, the dinner is very good, the price is reasonable, and the music is very pleasant.
When I finally left the hotel, the hotel said that the airport was free, but the driver had to give me money. I didn't have change at the time and didn't give it. He was very unhappy. I hope to talk to the taxi company in the future to avoid misunderstanding.

LLorne M.For the low price of the hotel, and given the great location for exploring historical Recife, this hotel is not bad. It's old, and it looks like maintenance is not a priority. Really the only thing I didn't like was the bed was saggy. Breakfast was OK.

FfcanutoThe hotel generally meets the basic needs for a good stay. It has a satisfactory standard of service, offering a reasonable structure, with a highlight being its breakfast. However, some points need to be highlighted. Some rooms still have precarious bathrooms, torn curtains and beds with very used mattresses. The TV channels are very limited and the cleaning of the staircase is poor. Another negative point in the last room I stayed in was the mold on part of the wall.
