"Well located, spacious apartment, very spacious compared to ordinary hotels.
Although the apartment does not have kitchen utensils, you can ask the reception staff.
It has pleasant public areas and although the pool area, gym and elevator are small, their services are good.
It provides a rich and varied breakfast and can extend the checkout time to 2 pm.
Their employees are receptive and attentive."

"Um bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua.
Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã."

"The staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

11946Wonderful hotel clean and nice and very good service absolutely I recommend this hotel  they have a large selection of breakfast fresh fruits and good food in the restaurant and it is close to the airport 10 minutes by car and very good Wi-Fi . they have live music by saxophone and piano play them in the morning every day when the people eat breakfast.

LLuanaVery pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

Outra coisa: internet PÉSSIMA. Fazia tempo que eu não via uma internet tão ruim. Como eu faço home office, precisei diversas vezes rotear meu 4g para estar com uma conexão mais decente.
Sugestão: além dos pontos citados, disponibilizem secador nos quartos, baixem o preço dos produtos, tudo muito absurdo e por mim: coloquem sal na comida kkk ou disponibilizem sal para os hóspedes

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is the best I have traveled to Brazil so far, the dinner is very good, the price is reasonable, and the music is very pleasant.
When I finally left the hotel, the hotel said that the airport was free, but the driver had to give me money. I didn't have change at the time and didn't give it. He was very unhappy. I hope to talk to the taxi company in the future to avoid misunderstanding.

GGuest UserWe had a nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, there’s a McDonald’s right next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is very good. Smart TV is also very good which has YouTube, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime already signed in. The room is small but functional, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was okay, although there were lots of small insects in there. Overall for the price it was excellent.

GGuest UserThe stay was very good, except for the terrible coffee, everything was made with 2nd class margarine, not even at my house do I eat kisuk soft drinks from a packet, the others are reasonable. There were no towels in the room. I forgot and took a shower, I almost went naked to go to reception to get it, lol, other than that, everything was fine, good pool...
