We booked same day for a spur of the moment trip in October, prices were not bad for that time of year, they do charge extra for pets. We got a double queen room, had a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. Rooms were definitely older with some bad patch jobs, but all in all the room was clean and worked great for the one night we stayed. Front desk person was very nice. We did not have breakfast there, so can't say anything about that. We'd stay again.

Forrest, Jonathan, JR, along with the cleaners were nice, and the breakfast host showed me how to make a waffle! Calming atmosphere in the room with stove top w/fan, frig with freezer, microwave. I had a smoking room with two queen beds. Nice tv, amenities i.e. soap, lotion, shampoo yet bring conditioner. Hair dryer, iron w/board, No elevators so stay on floor level open door and car is right there. For the price and location to everything was a great deal for a short stay.

STAY AWAY!!! Place was absolutely disgusting. Reeked of cigarettes. Burn holes in blankets, urine stained sheets, black substance on pillow cases. Burn marks on tub, floors were dirty, bathtub wasn’t cleaned. I requested a smoke free room btw….Literally stayed for 15 minutes and my skin was crawling so I decided to leave. Now they won’t refund me for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay. Even though the manager said I would get a refund. The photos are entirely deceptive, and I’m pretty sure they are not from this specific motel. I’d say that’s fraudulent advertising. I was in MB to say goodbye to my grandmother who came home on hospice. Reporting to the BBB.

Not too bad for the price Nice staff, cozy beds. Lots of things broken like ice maker, lights. It’s low budget for sure.

When checking in, I was on crutches. The staff, Forrest, was very nice and polite. He accommodated me and put us on the first floor. He shared details of the property and made sure we didn't need anything else.

Fine for an overnight in a pinch The staff was nice. Place was run down. Smelled of mold and sewer. Everything was leaking. Not the greatest accomodations.

It was a good stay!

My reservations could not be honored, because no room was available. Also, the motel could not be easily identified, because the reservations were for Suburban Studios at the University, and the name on the hotel was Comfort Innn, with no visible address.

The air conditioner in the room has a good inch of filth where the air comes out. I wipe things down with sanitizer when I stay places. Some places were filthy. Then, someone tried to enter the room when I was asleep. She was from housekeeping. When she was confronted, she blamed us because we did not have out the Do Not Disturb sign. She had knocked twice, but did not announce that she was from housekeeping. It scared me.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. Had a lot of options.

Cheap, but disappointing. We switched rooms as soon as we walked into our intended rooms because the air conditioner that was in the wall has cracks all around it and light coming through from outside. There were dead roaches all around it and the whole room smelled overwhelmingly like bleach. We moved rooms, thankfully. The new room was better-ish, but all the furniture was either rusty or water damaged, including the lamps and fridge. The headboard lights didn't work, and there was a huge gap under the door which we had to cover up so, again, roaches didn't crawl under at night. Which, coming from NYC, we're used to roaches, but they were everywhere! This property needs an exterminator. Basically, the photos online look NOTHING like the actual rooms. Not sure how this place gets a 7/10..... The pool looked nice, but it rained, so I can't comment on the integrity of that part of the property.

Family vacation All in all, this was a pretty decent choice for our recent family vacation. The full breakfast with hot options was really nice. The room we stayed in looked nice. The sheets, blankets, pillows were clean. The room definitely looked a little worn out. Could use some updates. It was mostly the dresser, lamps, artwork, and appliances that looked well used. The floors were dirtier than I expected them to be. Our socks were almost black on the bottoms after just one day of walking on the floors. Most of the time, we chose to keep our shoes on just so our socks wouldn't get gross. But overall, the cleanliness was better than we've seen in other similar hotels.

Avoid unless you want to overpay for a dank motel Very overpriced. Nice updates inside the room but not much of an offset for how gross and dirty the floors and bathroom were. Obvious it was not deep cleaned before our stay. Did not feel safe with the crowd attracted to this property hanging out in parking lot. Very strong smell of pot next door. Very loud bar patio right next to the motel. Not the same area it used to be 20 years ago for sure. Sad because it’s so close to beautiful CCU campus.
