"I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train."

"Booked the Britannia Inn. Arrived at the Britannia Inn. Naturally, ended up staying at the Park Hotel. Apparently there was a sudden power issue, so we were redirected to their sister hotel. No problem. We were given a room, moved all our luggage in, unpacked, and started settling down. A few minutes later, staff returned to explain that the room actually belonged to someone else. They also informed us there was a cockroach living in it. Nice to see at least one guest had a confirmed reservation. We were then offered another room, which appeared to have been inspired by a budget prison cell. Seeing our enthusiasm, staff kindly produced a third room which, by comparison, looked almost luxurious. Having finally secured accommodation, we discovered the room had roughly the same climate as the surface of the sun. We asked for a fan and were told there weren’t any. Curiously, when we suggested moving back to the Britannia Inn, a fan was immediately discovered. A remarkable recovery for what had apparently been an extinct species only moments earlier. In the end, we survived and left. I booked a hotel stay and somehow ended up participating in a live-action comedy of errors. Full marks for keeping us entertained. Slightly fewer marks for everything else."
