"decent stay with the price point, hotel is a little bit outdated. I smell molds in the room"

"The facilities of this hotel are very old. The indoor carpets are seriously stained. I can't sit on the sofa at all for fear of mite allergies. The toilet is also difficult to describe. There are small black bugs seen near the toilet and sink. You need to stand in the old bathtub to take a shower. Medium, very slippery and dangerous; I met a black-haired female staff member at the front desk with a very poor service attitude. When I asked her why I left a message when I made the reservation, hoping to give me a quiet room, but I was assigned a room facing the road. When the noise was very loud, her The attitude was very rude and directly said that you did not write this request so we did not arrange a quiet room. After I took out the order and left a message, it said that because you made the reservation as a third party, we did not receive this message. When I asked if I could change the room. , she said in a very impatient tone that it was already full today. We have nothing to do for you. I still need to serve other guests. Please come back tomorrow to ask if you can change rooms. When I asked what time tomorrow When it was more appropriate, she was very angry and impatient and said that I couldn't guarantee the appropriate time to ask. You have to take time to ask tomorrow. I have already said that I need to serve other customers. In fact, there was only one white guest behind me. He was in front of me, but his problem was not solved and he came back to the front desk. At that time, we looked at each other and he also looked speechless at the front desk's attitude. . And when my husband parked the car, I also observed that they (yes, not just the rude front desk) also arranged at least two Chinese families on the first floor near the elevator. The American guests who came in behind were not like this. treatment. I guess they thought they were all foreigners traveling along Route 51 anyway, and they checked in separately for each other. It was unclear which room the other person was assigned to, and even if they were dissatisfied, there was only a small chance that they would use Google to evaluate their behavior. , so there is nothing to worry about. Strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel. Later I moved to the Sheraton Sunqiao Hotel, and it was much better in every aspect. Don't save a little money and let yourself suffer."
