This nicely furnished suite is minutes away from local amenities which include parks, restaurants, gyms, gas stations, and groceries. The suite has all you need to enjoy your stay while in the City. For travelers, it is close to Ring Road and Regina BypassAbout pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite..Kindly dispose of your trash before leaving the suit. There is a Waste Bin just in front of the house for this purpose.,*Expectation is for guests to clean up all kitchen items used right after they are done.

Solid place
Stayed there for work and it was great, bedroom has a blackout curtain which is nice kitchen has everything you need and the fridge and freezer are a good size. Would absolutely stay again!

Short stay in Regina
The suite was in a new part of town. Very quiet. Easy to get to. Restaurants and groceries a short drive away. Chuk was very quick on communicating. Would recommend.

Perfect for my short stay. Upscale neighborhood. Nice extras- drinks & snacks. I would only recommend some Kleenex, a throw to cuddle up on the couch, a dish towel to dry the dishes & a proper hairdryer ( the one there has a European plug). Also perhaps a keychain on the key so it can’t slide under the door if you accidentally drop it like I did. Nice place to stay though. I would recommend.

This suite was clean, well equipped and quiet. Parking was readily available and it is a nice, new area of Regina. Chuck was very responsive to communications! I highly recommend this stay!
