Domaine les Crayères

This is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. The reason for this is the exceptional service. From the moment you arrive in the car park to the second you leave, the staff are uniquely brilliant. Louise in reception was charming and we were so thrilled to be upgraded to the most beautiful bedroom I have ever stayed in (and I have been to many a hotel in my 53 years)... I love the fact that the hotel has no bells and whistles as far as facilities go, but is simply excellent in the most extraordinary way. In 2025 when we are forced to deal with chat boxes and robot pre-recorded voices and horrible internet service (or lack of it), the Crayeres is like an oasis in the desert.

Our stay was as close to perfection as you can get! The property is absolutely stunning. The staff are warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to create an amazing experience. The location is ideal for a short walk to incredible champagne houses and just a bit further to the heart of Reims. The food at both restaurants is phenomenal, I’m still dreaming about the strawberry basil tart at Le Jardin. We loved everything about our time at this beautiful spot in the world!

A beautiful property outside the city center in Reims. The service exceeds all expectations. The food and wines are among the best I've ever had. Even breakfast on the terrace is an experience. Perfect.

We stayed here for two nights to enjoy the champagne region. I only discovered it through Google Maps and was really pleased I did. Service and style are everything you would expect. I only gave the room 4 stars because - as with many 5 star hotels - there are no coffee-making facilities in the room and I *need* a coffee before being human in the morning. The Le Parc restaurant was simply outstanding. Food and service were excellent.

This is a truely beautiful property and perfectly placed to visit the Champagne houses in Reims which are within walking distance. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are professional and attentive. It is expensive but it commands that price for som many reasons, and I would recommend anyone staying in the area to visit the REIMS houses stays here.

My stay was truly nothing if not short of magical from the moment you enter the property to the moment you sadly depart; the staff and accommodations are superb. Having stayed in a Cottage on the main hotel property, it was beautifully decorated and very spacious with 2 floors, the restaurants are elegant and the food is local, fresh and served with outstanding presentation. You feel like royalty visiting, and the staff just can't do enough for you! I would highly recommend staying here!
