Renmark Holiday Apartments

Lovely property which felt like home away from home as it had everything you needed. Close to shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The bedroom is big enough to have a king sized bed, although it only had a queen which felt small. Unfortunately, just before we checked out a worker entered our room without knocking which could have been embarrassing.

We had a lovely stay in Renmark for the Australia Day weekend. Fantastic spot not far from the river, eateries and beautiful walks. During our stay we went to the Woolshed Brewery, had great meals at the 23rd Street Distillery, Renmark Club and Hotel Renmark. The accommodation was very clean and easy keyless access with a pin code.

Good OK, but the meals at the club should start at 5.30pm, not 6.00pm. We went to the new refurbished Renmark Hotel instead. Very nice.

Very nice accomodation facilities, clean, spacious, comfortable. I loved the contactless check in and was able to have my entrance code emailed to me prior. I would have preferred additional security via the car park entrance and it was very loud late at night and early in the morning. I could hair a lot of banging and footsteps from the upstairs apartments.

With family in Renmark, we are very frequent visitors to the town. We would normally stay with them, but with 11 people coming for a Christmas gathering there was "no room at the inn" so we needed some separate accommodation. As we are frequent visitors, we are also members of the Renmark Club, so booking here was an easy decision. The apartments are centrally located and nicely presented. Right in the CBD, with everything within walking distance (which is pretty well almost all of Renmark). The Renmark Club is across the road and guests of the apartments get a 10% discount on their meals there. We had a two bedroom apartment and found it worked well for two couples, with a two-way bathroom and spacious living area. There is a bit of noise from other guests, both inside and outside of the apartments. We were upstairs, but another of our party was downstairs and said she was disturbed by noise from the apartment above. There were a few niggling things which we have advised directly to the owners, but in the main didn't detract from the experience. I agree with other reviewers who suggest that a daily top up of amenities would be helpful, as two couples staying three nights tend to use them up quickly. We did feel they were priced on the higher side, but felt there was sufficient value to justify it.

Renmark approved Well equipped, clean and modern facilities. Will be the go-to for any future accommodation requirements at Renmark.
