"I had an incredible stay at KSL Hot Spring Resort Johor Bharu from 25th to 29th August 2025. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming ambiance and the impeccable service. Staying on the 11th floor, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the city skyline, which made mornings and evenings all the more special. Room: The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries that added a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room coffee and tea making facilities. Facilities: The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring experience. The resort offers a relaxing and rejuvenating hot spring bath, and it's the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The other facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were all well-maintained and provided excellent service. Location: KSL Hot Spring Resort is conveniently located, with easy access to shopping malls, dining options, and local attractions in Johor Bahru. The resort is also family-friendly, with activities and amenities catering to all ages. Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was smooth, and they were always available to help with any requests or questions. "Room was huge. Great location away from the noise of the city Pool was excellent and it's the main reason why I chose this hotel. The receptionist insisted that I haven't paid the ”Tourism Tax” which I already did inclusive of the booking fee. But she just doesn't acknowledge it so paid at the desk again. She even deducted 20RM on my deposit of 50RM."

"Destress getaway hemce was just in e hotel premises for my 2N.. Location: Quiet & Peaceful with Golf Range Forest city Marina is 10min away wherr there are many activities and great shops around..(Beach View) Room: Great, Huge, Bathtub & full complete estatics. Balcony Golf & Sunset View Service: Attentive & Helpful housekeeping staff. Except too rigid on late check out timing when tjere s no occupancy on a weekdays. Ammenities: Pool, Kids area, Large Lobby, Bars Bad side: 1) No minimart shop, gotta travel all e way to Forest City marina. 2) Not much shops accept golf related & 2 restaurant(non-halal) 3) Spa within hotel avail but not to room service & Thai staff hardly understand english. Food: Great delicious Breakfast buffet spread. International with great view. In room dining: Delicious food."

"Had a pleasant stay at Grandeur Palm Resort Senai. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.A special thanks to Mr. Nesh, the swimming pool in charge, for being extremely helpful and attentive he made our kids pool experience enjoyable and safe.Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, definitely worth the money. Overall, a great value stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both short and long stays."
